This is the standard every Golfer9 piece meets before it publishes.
Accuracy and sourcing
Every figure traces to a named, dated source, or it does not run as a fact. Governing-body and academic data (The R&A, England Golf, the EGA, Sheffield Hallam University) outrank market-research estimates. Market-research figures are labelled as modelled estimates and attributed to the firm. Where a number cannot be verified, we say so in the sentence or leave it out.
Money-sensitive content
Transactions, valuation and investment coverage is information, not advice. It carries a plain-language disclaimer and a named reviewer before publication. We do not value businesses, structure deals or recommend investments.
Corrections
We correct errors plainly and promptly, with a note on the piece. Requests via the contact page.
Independence
Commercial partnerships are labelled. Sponsors do not see copy before publication and do not direct coverage. Advertising slots are marked as such on the page.
Style
UK English. Answer-first openings. Plain words over jargon. Claims carry sources, and reading time is respected.
